Viral vectors are powerful tools for immune activation, but many are limited by pre-existing or induced neutralizing anti-vector immunity, restricting their repeated use in the same individual.

To address infectious diseases, cancer, veterinary health challenges and future outbreak scenarios, next-generation vaccine platforms must combine strong immunogenicity with modular design, scalable production, favourable stability and repeat dosing potential.

THE SOLUTION


PVT’s ORFV-based vector platform is designed to overcome these limitations.

Our modular technology enables the rapid generation of mono- and multivalent vaccine candidates encoding pathogen- or tumor-specific antigens together with immune-modulatory payloads. The platform allows stable integration of up to five transgenes, enabling flexible antigen combinations and tailored immune modulation within a single ORFV backbone.

PVT’s ORFV platform is designed to induce balanced humoral and cellular immune responses without additional adjuvants and without requiring vector replication in the vaccinated host. Due to the absence of neutralizing anti-ORFV vector immunity, the platform supports repeated administration and flexible vaccine strategies.
