SUPERIOR IMMUNE RESPONSES

PRIME's Orf virus (ORFV) based vaccine vectors induce not only antibodies against the target antigens, but also directed T-cell immune response in an unprecedented strength and robustness. This was shown in several benchmarks comparing our system to competing technologies.

PRIME's vaccine vectors do not induce significant immune responses against itself but concentrate all the attention of the immune system to the addressed antigens ensuring maximal target specific immunity.

ORFV is taken up by professional antigen presenting cells, which represent the key players in controlling adaptive immune responses. These target cells process the encoded information to induce not only protective and target specific antibodies, but also very strong T-cell immunity.

Using our proprietary modular brick system, vaccine vectors can be designed to further enhance B- and T-cell responses by integrating several immunomodulators.
