MODULAR BRICK SYSTEM
The core of our technology is represented by a unique modular brick system. It allows us to
quickly integrate or exchange several different transgenes in a short time and thus, to realize vaccine concepts in areas of unmet medical need. Hence, we are able to generate tailored vaccines for individual therapeutic approaches or to react fast in case of emerging diseases.
In contrast to competing vaccine technologies, ORFV has a large capacity and thus, allows us to design and generate multivalent vaccine vectors according to our modular principle, which in addition to disease specific antigens (NEO), can express immunomodulating elements (ME) such as cytokines, checkpoint antibodies or co-stimulating molecules.
